Today I've had the most traumatic GP appointment in my 48 years of life - 10 hours after I still feel shaken and my hands trembling. After waiting 2 weeks for a check up because of my breast issues I was seen by Dr Sahar Al Khashaly who was extremely nervous, so rude, uncaring and dismissive.
She didn't listen, was really dismissive, offered no meaningful support or advice, and was really aggressive and unpleasant.
She made me feel like a nuisance and left me confused.
Luckily, the reception personnel was very nice, as always, and somehow I felt human again....
If you will ever have an appointment , avoid to be seen by this GP, as she has zero empathy and caring attitude.
A really, really terrible GP - she didn't listen, was really dismissive, offered no meaningful support or advice, and was really aggressive and unpleasant. She should not be allowed to practice.
Awful experience with this doctor today. I was already nervous and she was so rude, uncaring and dismissive. She made me feel like a nuisance and left me confused and upset.
I waited 50minutes for this appointment, which I understand, however once I got into the appointment, dr Sahar was rude and didn’t listen to half of my symptoms. She examined me and put too much pressure on which caused obvious more pain. She had no sympathy towards the fact that she caused me further pain and continued when she could clearly see that it was hurting! I was left in tears after this appointment. She didn’t check my temperature, blood pressure or pulse even though prescribing me antibiotics and painkillers! After waiting 50minutes for this appointment I was out in 3 minutes! I will be making a formal complaint to Churchill medical team.
